Las Cruces police will hold a news conference at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2025, to give an update on the investigation into the shooting that occurred earlier this month on the 900 block of Walnut Street.
Chief Jeremy Story will provide new information and answer questions related to the officer-involved shooting.
The news conference will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at Las Cruces City Hall, 700 N. Main St. News reporters and videographers are encouraged to arrive before 11:30 a.m.
The news conference will be streamed live on the City’s YouTube channel and can be seen on the Las Cruces Police Department’s Facebook page.
