Psy put a seasonal spin on his massive hit "Gangnam Style" at the 31st annual "Christmas in Washington" charity concert, performing for President Obama, the First Family and various other Washington guests. The concert, which benefits the Children's National Medical Center, aired Friday night on TNT and was taped on December 9th.
