It doesn't involve losing any of the foods you like, and it probably won't force you to give up on any activities you don't want to live without. It only costs you one thing:
According to a new report, 50% of men and more than 50% of women report losing 6 to 10 pounds after they begin to have an affair.
There are a couple of theories behind this:
1.) The stress of an affair can cause the loss of weight
2.) When you're unhappy, you eat more food that tends to be less healthy than normal food. The affair makes you have positive feelings, so you cut back on unhealthy food.
