It’s been quite a bottle-popping year for alt-pop trio fun., who managed to both top the Hot 100 for over a month with the Janelle Monae-assisted smash “We Are Young” and escape one-hit wonder status thanks to follow-up single “Some Nights.” Decked out in a tan trench coat, Nate Ruess and his bandmates hit up Saturday Night Live on November 3 to give what came off as quite a caffeinated, triumphant performance the latter tune.
