Kanye West got the Internet buzzing after sending a tweet that simply said; “June Eighteen.” The G.O.O.D. Music boss posted the note on Thursday morning and proceeded to delete all of his previous tweets. He didn’t provide any more information, but there is speculation that it could be the due date of his child with Kim Kardashian or the release date for his sixth solo album. June 18th falls on a Tuesday when most albums are released, however Def Jam has not confirmed anything. Kanye will perform on the season finale ofSaturday Night Live on May 18th.
Chris Brown released a song called "I Can't Win. The track features Brown singing his way through a love-lorn tale of suffering, which makes it way less interesting than if it was actually about the 23-year-old's life. His new album X is set to come out this summer!
Chris Kelly of the 1990’s group Kris Kross passed away at the age of 34. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Kelly was found unresponsive at his Atlanta home on Wednesday evening and was rushed to Atlanta Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No other information is available at press time. Kris Kross are best known for the 1992 multi-platinum album Totally Krossed Out, which spawned the huge hits “Jump” and “Warm It Up.”
